New Floor

Well, I havent blogged in a while. I just took my CAT's in school. I hope I did well. I think I did. I'm doing a huge report in school on Marfan's Syndrome. I an going to put it on here when I am donewith it. I may have the Syndrome, and I want to be A doctor, so I thought it would be a perfect topicI love that show, House, and I loved last week's episode. The only thing I don't like is the lack of morality. I mean, is all of the swearing and stuff really necessecary? We pulled the carpetout of our living room last saturday, because there is wood flooring underneath. When we got it up, we discovered that my grandma stained around an 8 by 10 area rug, to save money. It looks, well, interesting. At least it looks better than the green carpet we had. I gotta go, bye.

FRIDAY

It's finally Friday!!! I get to sleep in tomorrow!! I have three tests to study for this weekend. Biology, History, and Grammar. I am only worried about the Grammar one. I should do OK. THe weather is awsome these last couple days. It's like 75 degrees out. I hate the weather in like March and April, because it's always muddy and gross. I like it to either be snowing or warm out. I've been watching American Idol, and I wish they would get rid o that David Archuletta. He is so corny. I want Jason Castro or David Cook to win. I also thought it was cool that they finished "Idol gives Back" with Shout to the Lord!!! That's awsome!!!!

Books, Reports, Cats, and Squirrels

I Just finished reading "The Scarlet Letter" and I wrote a bookreport on it. That was such a good book, once you got past the old English. That really is a diferent language. I have to write a 10 page (10000 words) report yet this year. Last gear I did it on fetal development, and why fetuses are humans, even in the womb, and why that makes abortion wrong. I cant think of anything to do it on this year. It can be anything. If you have any ideas, go ahead and give them. I am doing this photography project for art, (it's the only way i'm gonna pass, because I can't draw my way out of a paper bag) and it's coming together well. I'm doing the landscape, and scenes from the ares I live in. I guess that's one advantage to living in the boondocks. The area is very photogenic. My cat caught this squirrel, and brought it in the house, but it wasn't DEAD. It started running all over, then my dad put a bucket over him, and pushed it to the door. When he took the bucket off the squirrel, it died of a heart attack, and the cat walked over to it, took it outside, and ate it. It was HILARIOUS!!!!

I'm Ba-aakk

I haven't blogged in a while. My computer broke for a while. I am so excited, I tested out of Geometry for next year! I guess if you are good at something you hate, you can get out of it. I take pre-calculus next year, then calculus. As much as I love school (no joke!) I am getting a little anxious for summer to come. My birthday is in two months! I can't wait. I always get excited. I went out to Erie on Saturday. It was the first time I have been out there without going to the doctor. When I was 12, I was diagnosed with scoliosis, that is where your spine is curvy. I had surgery to fix it last October. The doctors screwed two metal rods into my spine. Anyway, I have to get off here.

Easter

Well, Easter has came and gone. It came very early this year. The date Easter falls on is decided by the Hebrew calender, which is based on the stars. That is why it is different every year. I guess it won't be this early for another 220 years! Just a little senseless trivia for ya. WE have finally restored order to our house after having all of our relatives over, and there are a lot of them. My dad has TEN BROTHERS. Four of them came, plus their wives, kids, and my mom's family. WOW! It amazes me every day that Jesus would accept me even though I am a sinner. The bible says that God cannot allow sin in heaven, but Jesus DIED so I could be there. It just amazes me. I am eternally grateful.

Mr. Roger's Birthday and the first day of spring!

Today is Mr. Roger's birthday from that show "Mr. Roger's Neighborhood." I used to love watching that. Everyone is supposed to wear their favorite sweater. I am wearing mine. It is also the first day of spring. Too bad it's snowing. Well, that's Potter County for ya!

Haircut

Wow! I got my hair cut yesterday, and it was down to the middle of my back, and now it dosen't even touch my shoulders,and it is realy curly (some days, that's a curse). It is really cute, but I think it will take some getting used to. Easter is almost here, and I am playing the piano at church, ond another girl and her mom are singing "Stricken, Smitten, and Afflicted." The words are very touching. Maybe it will reach out to all of the visitors that come out on Sunday.
